In order to stop you from bumping this thread into oblivion (the janitor might not like all the updates with no new info), I'll say that this book hasn't been translated on any of the four main translation sites I use or exhentai.

You can check the other translation blogs linked from LWB.
The only doujin I know featuring both Shikinami and Sohryu is Les Betes II, though it's only a cameo from Sohryu and there's no activity between the two.
Also, I would hardly call that doujin in the image Sohryu x Shikinami: more like Shinji takes turns with both Asukas, then on the last page they kiss once.
