You can get that same effect of sharing a bed with any common body pillow. It's dark at night anyways, doesn't matter depicted on the pillow. Just get a plain one. However, if you have cosplay outfits, it's an even more incredible effect to dress the pillow up. It's amazing to feel the fabric of an anime characters outfit.
