>Black Cyc, a horor Visual novel maker now known for H.P. Lovecraft like titles such as "MinDeaD BlooD", and "Gore Screaming Show" designed their first game back in 2000 around a set of characters strongly based of the EVA cast. ... the Goal was to corrupt physically and mentally a group of stranded students and their Misato like teacher. The character designs had a strong similarity to Shinji Asuka, Hikari, Touji and Misato (changes were mostly eye/clothes color “Shinji" had lighter hair and hazel eyes but Still had his uniform and “Touji” folowed his manga design but had a different jacket..ex...Character Voices similar to those from their Seyu also added a nice touch.

A certain chain smoking mad doctor shows up pt2. Naturally a few changes in the color pallet were required to avoid Lawl suits from Gainax but the basis is clear.

you found #2 The 1st one in the series had characters derived from the EVA cast future ones moved away from that design into original concepts. Of Course a Ritsuko camo was the exeption

The earliest released game that Getchu has from Black Cyc is from 2001. To find out the title of this game you have to probably go to Cyc's official web page. I don't know Japanese to successfully navigate through it. If somebody found out the title of the game then it would be easier to acquire it.

Always wondered what would happen if the adults had to suddenly pilot instead of the Children.

Wonder if they would give the Children a little more respect/credit after goin' through it themselves...
