While I personally think Kimigabuchi has a great handle on Asuka and I'm definitely one of those who thinks Re-Take is as good as canon, I would lean towards not doing new Eva stuff if I were them. I mean who that loves ReTake wants to see them take too many trips to the well? Maybe I'm just being pessimistic.
